What We're Testing
This catalogue changes. Products come in, get run properly, and either stay or get pulled. Here's how that works and why we say so out loud.
Why say this at all
Most stores present their catalogue as if it were settled — as though every item arrived pre-vetted and permanent. Ours isn't. We add products we think solve a specific problem better than the usual version, we sell them, and we watch what happens. Some earn their place. Some get removed.
Saying that plainly costs us a little authority and buys back something we think is worth more: you know exactly what you're looking at.
What a product goes through
- Sourced. We've found the manufacturer, ordered the unit, and used it ourselves against the specific claim it's sold on.
- Listed. It's on the site. The page describes what it does, names who it isn't for, and carries the returns window.
- Running. It's live and selling. We're watching returns and what buyers actually say once it arrives.
- Kept or pulled. If returns run high or the complaints repeat, it comes off — even though we've already paid for the stock. That decision is the whole point of doing it this way.
What this doesn't mean
It doesn't mean anything here is experimental or unfinished. Everything listed is a product we've used and are willing to stand behind under our own brands. It means the catalogue is edited rather than accumulated — things get removed, not just added.
If you bought something we later pull
Your returns window and any warranty stand regardless. Pulling a product is about not selling more of it, not about walking away from the people who already bought one. Reach us through the Support page.
